I'm working on an article for The Writer Magazine which has just been sold to a new company, Madavor, that specializes in niche marketing. Its magazines include golfing, dolls, Jazz Times, Figure Skating, "the 'gluten-free living' brand, and a lot more. I'm pleased that The Writer, which has published my work in the past and featured my book Ten Strategies to Write Your Novel, has a new home. It's been around for 125 years.
On the other hand, I'm a little -- what? bemused? -- that my art form is now in the same general category as crafts and crafts
publications like Teddy Bear &Friends .
