Beautiful Day at Branch Brook Park in Newark. The cherry blossoms, but of course (and County Executive Joey D boasts we have 5,000 of them now in Essex County, NJ's premiere cherry blossom park), but more so for me the families: picnicking on the grass, strolling with many, many baby carriages, blowing bubbles, flying kites, taking selfies. Name your ethnic group: Chinese, Pakistani, Mexican, Caucasian. My idea of peace, really, strolling families.
