Well, the first day of Spring 2015 looked like this, but the next day it mostly melted.  It's been a hard winter for drivers and shovelers, but maybe a good one for killing insects??  Or maybe not.  The garden greens under plastic look like they'll make it, and a few things that were in the open garden  (mâche, a sage plant, parsley) look miraculously fine.
